Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 15 business days from the date of purchase and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orion is not responsible for return shipping and freight costs.
Any returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Orion will inspect all returns and we reserve the right to refuse credits on items that have been used, damaged from misuse or handled improperly.

To initiate a return, please contact Orion Solutions at 904-394-0936 or email. If there is product damage, please send photos along with return request. Once your return is approved, you will be issued an RMA #.

Manufacturer Defects
If you receive a product that has a manufacturers defect, please contact Orion within 7 days of the receipt of product and take photos of the damage. 
If Orion determines that damage is a manufacturers defect, we will replace the item as soon as possible. There would be no restocking fee or shipping cost for replacement of defective merchandise. 

Excluded Products
Custom-cut or custom built items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any product that has had custom drain holes added, all custom-sized items, custom configurations or any change to the product that alters it from its stock configuration.

Limitations of Liability
In no event shall Orion Solutions or any of its subsidiaries be held liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
